TVS Jupiter 125 is a scooter available at a starting price of Rs. 80,227 in India. It is available in 3 variants and 3 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 87,224. The TVS Jupiter 125 is powered by 124.8cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 8.04 bhp and a torque of 10.5 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, TVS Jupiter 125 comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Jupiter 125 scooter weighs 108 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 5.1 liters.
The Jupiter 125 has been built from ground up. It gets a new frame, new engine, new features and also some interesting additions. The company decided to use the Jupiter name as it has a strong brand recall and over the years through the 110cc version, Indian customers have been able to trust the reliability and performance of the brand.
In terms of cycle parts, the Jupiter 125 gets 12-inch wheels with telescopic forks at the front and monoshock at the back, which interestingly gets a new adjustable mechanism for preload. The braking department is handled by a 220mm disc at the front and a 130mm drum at the rear. However, the disc brake version comes as an option.

The Jupiter 125 has one fine USP – under seat storage. It can take up to 33 litres, which means two helmets can fit in easily. TVS has been able to manage this by providing a fuel tank below the floorboard. The fuel filler cap can be accessed below the handlebar which makes it extremely convenient. USB charger comes as standard.
