Triple Head Sanding Machine is developed by combining the application of Calibration and Sanding in a single machine, especially for those Plywood Units which have 2 to 4 Presses, and have plan to make 100% calibrated ply or have the plan for partial production of Calibrated Ply.
Three Heads of this machine are designed in such a way that the first head is used for Calibration, second head for Sanding and third head for Polishing. While Calibration, 1st Head is operational, and while Sanding, the second and third head is operational.
This machine is a complete solution for making Calibrated Ply with ultimate sanding results.
